Yes. BillingBeam is fully HIPAA compliant. We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every customer. All patient data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments are built into the platform.
All data is stored on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure in the United States. We do not store data outside the US and do not share data with any third parties except as required for claim submission to payers and clearinghouses.

All AI processing occurs within our HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and no patient data is used for training AI models.
